We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

Once you are logged in, your location will be anonamously and securley transmitted to enhance the presentation of the avalible quests in your area. These logs are not tied to your account, and are cleared periodically.
Any quests submitted are stored indefidently, and the photos and geolocations associated with them will be retained for as long as the event goes on, and further for potential archival purposes, unless you request deletion of your account information.
6. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure.
7. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children or anyone under 21 years of age. By using the game, you represent that you are at least 21.
